Message from Abelardo Estorino

One night sitting in front of the TV I caught sight of an old man sitting there with a bitter face, but still recognizable, the interviewer said his name and I was surprised. I didn’t know if he was alive or had died, it had been so long since anyone said his name, we had all forgotten him.  It was like a health cure to forget his moments in power, when he put in danger all the work that had been done to construct a different culture, with a feeling of renewal.  If he had died, we wouldn’t even have to remember him, and if we were lucky, never hear his voice again, nor sign new edicts; if alive, letting his voice be heard again, we will again suffer the persecutions, the fear, the lies.  For this and many other reasons that the other comrades have expressed, I express my support for your plans.
